Description

The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full replacement of the entire Fire Alarm Reporting System for various facilities. The work shall include but not be limited to the replacement of Fire Alarm Control Panel, conduit where needed, wire, and all existing devices in the facilities listed below. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references.

This is a sources sought and for market research purposes only. No award will be made off this posting.

Background
This project is initiated by the Infrastructure Flight of the 14 Contracting Squadron (14 CONS) at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi, to replace various obsolete fire alarm reporting systems throughout the base. The existing systems are MONACO radio systems, and the new systems will be Notifier fiber systems. The goal is to ensure that all facilities listed have updated and compliant fire alarm reporting systems.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide all necessary plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools for a complete replacement of the Fire Alarm Reporting System at facilities B99, B155, B214, B348, B916, and B998. Specific tasks include:
1. Demolishing existing MONACO panels and installing new Notifier 320 panels with single mode fiber cards.
2. Installing new conduit and fiber connections to the Notifier panels.
3. Replacing existing wiring and devices with new Notifier devices while reusing existing conduit where possible.
4. Installing dedicated electrical circuits for the new panels.
5. Programming the new panels and devices to communicate with each other and the fire station using Onyx Workstation for efficient navigation and identification of alarm conditions.
