Replace Exterior Gutters Downspouts Drain Lines and Collection Boxes   3

This Request for Proposal will result in a Single Firm Fixed Price Contract Award for Building 221 Replace Exterior Gutters Downspouts Drain Lines and Collection Boxes at, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco GA.
This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside.

The Government will perform proposal analysis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.404 when evaluating the Offeror's proposal.

The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000.00.
The contract duration will be for a period not to exceed 160 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation shall be 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.

A site visit is scheduled for May 31, 2023 at 01:30pm at FLETC Building 200. All personnel not currently badged will need to
complete and return Day Pass applications (Attachment 12 Form 121-00-02 for all attendees no later than May 30, 2023, at 10:00am to the attention of the Mr. Emerson Floyd at Emerson.Floyd@fletc.dhs.gov Upon arrival, attendees should report to the commercial gate a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the application screening process, then proceed to Building 200.
