This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside.

An organized site visit has been set for 14 August 2025 at 08:00 AM CDT. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Questions related to the site visit are due by Monday, August 18 2025 by 09:00 AM. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Background
The project titled 'MAHG 24-1052 Replace Air Handler Units, Azalea Dining Hall, B6960' is being issued by the U.S. Air Force at Keesler AFB. The mission of this contract is to replace outdated air handling units to improve the efficiency and functionality of the Azalea Dining Facility. Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supervision, and materials to replace four air-handling units located within the mechanical rooms of the Azalea Dining Facility (B6960). Additionally, the scope includes replacing motors and bearings for nine kitchen supply fans, nine kitchen exhaust fans, and seven additional exhaust fans located on the rooftop of building 6960.
