Replace 4 AHUs Bldg 352, Patrick SFB, FL   2

The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:

1. Replace Attachment 3 (WD FL20230001 dated 05 May 2023) with WD FL20230001 dated 02 Jun 2023.
2. Replace Attachment 11 (Questions and Answers dated 22 May 2023) with Questions and Answers dated 30 Jun 2023.
3. Add Solicitation FA252122B0014 Questions and Answers dated 09 Aug 2022 as Attachment 13.
4. Extend the bid submission due date from 06 Jul 2023 to 13 Jul 2023 @1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

5. Abstract added 14 Jul 2023

The work to be performed under this project consists of providing all labor, equipment and materials to replace four air handling units, piping, dampers and associated ductwork within the mechanical rooms. Also included under the work to be performed, all the related control devices, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), valves, actuators and sensors. Also to include all VAV and AHU controllers that need to be replaced. The work included possibly shall need the removal of walls and doors as well. All work shall comply with State of Florida Building Codes and Wing Facility Excellence guidelines.

Site Visit: May 15, 2023 at 0900 AM EST Participants will meet at-- Bldg. 352. Submit site visit attendees' name, date of birth, Driver's License, Issue State, and Social Security number to POCs listed on page 1, block 10, of Sol. no later than May 9, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST. Site visit is limited to three (3) attendees per prime contractor. Reference Sol. Attachment 7 - Rules of Engagement for additional site visit details.

Questions: All questions should be submitted using Attachment 6 - Question & Answer Template, to ALL points of contacts listed above and must be received no later than May 17, 2023 @ 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Questions received after this date may not be answered. All answers will be posted to https://sam.gov/ as an amendment to the solicitation announcement.
