Background
The contract is a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Type, Commercial Item, Purchase Order to replace twenty-two (22) Street Lights at the WWKMHCC, Sisseton, South Dakota for the Great Plains Area OEHE Department, Aberdeen, South Dakota. The contract is issued by the Department of Health & Human Services, specifically the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service.

Work Details
The scope of work includes replacing fifty-six (56) street lights at the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center in Sisseton, South Dakota. The new lights shall be Luma gen2 Model BGP705 LED300 as manufactured by Philips Lighting or approved equal. The contractor shall utilize existing poles and provide any retrofit adapters required.

The work shall be supervised by an IHS employee throughout and coordination with the COR, Facility Manager, and Safety Officer is required for utility system shutdown.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is 120 days from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center, 100 Lake Traverse Drive, Sisseton, SD 57401.
