Description

This will be an addition to DLA Indefinite Quantity contract SPE4AX-15-D-9414. Period of performance for this contract ends March 2025.

This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Repair and Engineering Services requirement for multiple NSN's for multiple systems. This effort is sole source to BAE (multiple CAGE codes). Authority for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement.
