Repairs/Replacement of Parts on Link Belt 108C Rail Crane

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-16-Q-0029 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86-2 dated 2 February 2016. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333923 Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist, and Monorail System Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation.

The following is a descriptions and the list of items requested under this RFQ: Work covered by this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, except as otherwise provided herein, to perform repairs/replacement of parts on Link Belt 108C rail crane located at Lock and Dam 25.
