Description

The Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters (NAVAIR) PMA-290 awarded a simplified acquisition procedures firm fixed price contract to AVOX System Inc, 225 Erie St, Lancaster NY, 14086-9501, CAGE 53655, on 24 March 2025 for the Repair of Repairable (RoR) under the AVOX P-8A Oxygen System as a result of contract N0001925C0095. This contract was awarded pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) Use of procedures other than competitive procedures. The base contract will be for one year with the option of four additional years.
