Repair Tool Crib for AASF 1

Background
The United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) is seeking a quote for tool crib repair services. The mission of this contract is to ensure the functionality and safety of the automated tool cribs utilized by AASF #1, which are essential for maintaining aviation tools and equipment. The goal is to provide a technically acceptable solution at the lowest price.

Work Details
The contractor shall assess and repair the tool crib as outlined in the Statement of Work while ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Specific tasks include:

1. Assessing ALSE tool crib movement malfunction and trays that are off track.
2. Evaluating hardware needs for trays, tracks, and cribs (e.g., wheels, tracks).
3. Providing all necessary parts and labor to complete repairs according to applicable specifications.
4. Designating a Working Supervisor with a minimum of five years of relevant experience who will oversee the service period.
5. Coordinating with unit POC and KO for approval of additional repair parts and labor.
6. Working during the facility's schedule: Monday-Friday from 0700-1530 EST, excluding Federal Holidays.
7. Providing their own tools and testing equipment for onsite assessments and repairs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, specifically from 0700 to 1530 EST, excluding Federal Holidays.
