Description

At Buildings 175 and 176 the main Test Cell doors are not fully operable.
Both buildings need fully functioning doors and guide vane systems repaired
back to original installed condition. Contractor shall provide the
following: all labor, materials, equipment, incidental engineering,
transportation necessary and supervision to ensure a complete and finished
product as described in general in the scope of work or shown on any
attached drawings. All work shall be performed during regular working hours.

Contractor is only able to work on one building at a time. Government will
not guarantee contractor is able to work on both buildings at the same time.

The main blast doors do not need to be removed, nor do the dents need to be
fixed, UNLESS the dents are preventing operations of the door systems.

Building 175
a. Test and repair all related components related to the main Test Cell
door to include but not limited to: (hydraulic systems, locks, hinges and
wheels).
b. Remove and replace entire guide vane mechanical system, to include but
not limited to: motors, chains and sprockets.

Building 176
a. Test and repair all related components related to the main Test Cell
door to include but not limited to: (hydraulic system, locks, hinges and
wheels).
b. Remove and replace entire guide vane mechanical system, to include but
not limited to: motors, chains and sprockets.
c. Repair turning vanes to allow operations without any friction between
stationary and movable vanes.
d. Remove and replace the locking cylinders for the turning vane. Adjust
limit switches as needed to allow proper locking.
