Design-Build requirement for the repair of ISR Switchboard Substation 9, Building 2000 project KELL160119 on JBSA-Lackland. This project is 100% set-aside for Women Owned Small Business. NAICS 238210. The manitude of this project is between $500,000- $1,000,000.00. The Construction Wage Rate Requirement, formely known as Davis-Bacon Act, is strictly enforced; General Decision Number: TX170280 (09/8/2017).
INSTRUCTIONS: Offeror shall complete the follow ing SF 1442 Sections as part of the offer:
Section A. Provide fill-in for the follow ing SF 1442 Blocks: 14, 15, 16 (if different than block 14) 17, 20a, 20b, 20c, and block 19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442 block 20b.
Section B. Provide Unit Price and Net Amount for all CLINS.Section I. Complete appropriate certifications in clauses.
Section K. Complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications.
PROPOSAL: Offeror shall submit complete and detailed proposal packages including all supporting documentations as stated in Section L Instructions to offerors.
