2. Submission of a complete set of drawings for approval, which must be stamped by a licensed professional engineer experienced in live fire training structures.
3. Use of materials specified by the engineer that are suitable for live fire training facilities.
4. Replacement of existing fire protection liner panels with new panels that are also 1 inch thick unless otherwise specified by the engineer.
5. Adherence to the Statement of Work dated December 2, 2025, which outlines detailed requirements for design and construction.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 1 calendar day after receiving the notice to proceed and complete all work within a total of 180 calendar days, which includes a design phase of 60 days followed by a construction phase of 120 days.
