Pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) the National Assessment Group, Kirtland AFB. New Mexico, intends to issue a sole source purchase to Tektronix Inc. 13725 SW Karl Braun Dr. Beaverton, OR. 97077 for the following equipment which the NAG will use for evaluation purposes only.

The manufacture has represented to the Government that Tektronix Inc. is the sole repair facility for the Real Time Spectrum Analyzer RSA6114A.

The Governments decision to award a contract to Tektronix Inc. is based on proprietary data and repair parts needed to repair this unit.
