The work includes repair by replacement the roof in its entirety on hangar 7, B623 and hangar 8, B624 at Pittufk Space Base, Greenland. Replace the roof on the hangar with a new similar roofing system to support the life of the facility. In accordance with an International Agreement between the Kingdom of Denmark and the United States of America, this acquisition is restricted to offerors form Greenland or Denmark.

Background
The contract is issued for the repair and replacement of roofs on Hangar 7 (B623) and Hangar 8 (B624) at Pituffik Space Base, Greenland. This project is part of an International Agreement between the Kingdom of Denmark and the United States of America, which restricts participation to offerors from Greenland or Denmark. The goal of the contract is to ensure the longevity and functionality of these facilities through a new roofing system.

Work Details
The work involves complete roof replacement for both hangars with a similar roofing system designed to support the life of the facility. Key tasks include: submission of various documentation such as a Final Progress Schedule, Green Procurement Determination Form, Warranty Documentation, As-built drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Hazardous materials information, Safety Plans, and various product data and samples related to roofing materials. Additionally, testing reports for wind uplift calculations and leakage tests are required. The contractor must also manage hazardous materials usage quarterly and provide a solid waste management plan.
