Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent, with Allied Systems Company awarded contract 140D0423D0019 valued at $736,193 for overhaul of USCG dual point davits, including inspection and repair under an IDIQ statement of work. The current requirement to open/inspect/test and overhaul Allied Systems Marine Crane Dual Point Davit Model DDP11000CTS to OEM standards is consistent with that prior scope and can be viewed as a continuation of the same davit repair/overhaul effort for WMSL cutters. A closely related award to Allied Systems Company (70Z08526PLREP0114, $36,929) for technical assistance to repair an Allied dual point davit further indicates ongoing involvement with these specific systems.
