Description

This the solicitation for the sole source requirements contract. Please see the attached soliciation for further information. Proposal is due 20 March 2025 by 3:00 pm CST.

Background
The contract is issued by the Department of the Air Force, specifically the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The purpose of this contract is to provide extended service and repair support for SEM/EDX JetSCAN instruments and equipment. Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing extended service and repair support for all JetSCAN Equipment, which includes Scanning Electron Microscope/Energy Dispersion X-ray (SEM/EDX) systems along with all associated software and peripheral components such as Personal Computers (PC), vacuum pumps, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). The services include:

- Repair and/or replacement of defective JetSCAN Equipment.
- Diagnostic support for reported equipment problems.
- Monthly reports on service activities.
- Preventative maintenance services annually for all JetSCAN Equipment.
- Training for new operators, including three-day training courses per year as long as funding is available.
- Level A Spares Kit availability to ensure necessary parts are on hand for repairs.

1. **Levels of Support**: Two levels of support (Level I & Level III) with defined response times.
2. **Response Times**: Level One issues must be addressed within 24 hours; Level Three requires technician dispatch within 72 hours if not resolved at Level One.
