Repair of the AN/ASM-670 Joint Service Combat System Tester (JSECST) internal components   2

AFMC AFSC/PZAAC is hereby issuing this solicitation in Request for a
Proposal (RFP) to provide non-commercial specialized repair services of internal components in support of the AN/ASM-670 Joint Service Combat System Tester (JECST). This procurement is a Sole Source procurement to AAI Corporation International Inc. DBA Textron Systems (CAGE: 97384). This effort will be a Firm-Fixed Priced, Requirements-type contract for the purchase of the best estimated quantities (BEQs) for repair and the return of 16 NSNs to serviceable condition, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. This effort will be for a 5-year ordering period, consisting of 1 Basic-year plus 4 additional 1-year ordering periods. The National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and BEQs for the required option-year periods are as follows:

Delivery schedule - 120 business days after receipt of asset for routine; 30 business days after receipt of asset for MICAP; 15 business days after receipt of asset for SURGE.

Proposal Due Date to the government is 24 February 2017 at 5:00 PM EST.
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All responsible sources solicited may submit a proposal or quotation that shall be considered.
