Description

This is a solicitation for repair of T-38 "Talon" landing gear lights. Award will be made using the authority at FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Award will be made to Aero International LLC (CAGE 0SML3). Estimated date of award is 01 Aug 22.

Work Details
The Contractor shall execute Over and Above at the request of the PCO in the following areas: surge operations, any required proposals, missing components, and as requested or directed by the PCO.

The Contractor shall complete a supply discrepancy report using webSDR for missing parts within two (2) calendar days after the asset is removed from the shipping container and shall be reported to the PCO through the ACO. The Contractor shall ensure each repaired end item is permanently and legibly marked with the end item part number, serial number, and Contractor's identification. The Contractor shall ensure all assets subject to marking are recorded in the DoD IUID Registry.
