Repair of Hover Landing Light   2

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QB0000004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 Effective October 01, 2025.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The small business size standard is $40 million. This is being solicited on a full & open competitive basis. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.

The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract to test, evaluation, and repair Hover Landing Light listed on the schedule. Parts will be serviced via issuance of individually funded Task Orders. The contract will consist of a one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods.
