This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential sources for the requirements identified in the attachments provided on this notice.

Background
The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the repair of C-130 Power Transformers. This effort is being led by the Supply Chain Management Squadron located at Tinker Air Force Base. The goal of this market research is to determine if the requirement can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside, and to gather information that will inform the best acquisition strategy for this requirement.

Work Details
The contractor shall be capable of furnishing all required labor, material, facilities, and equipment necessary to accomplish the following tasks: repair, test, preservation, packaging, and return of units.
