The proposed procurement is Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted); NAICS 236220, "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction" with a size standardof $39.5M.

Project Description: The primary purpose of this project is executing the renovation of building 416 which is a four (4) wing barracks building and common use building for unaccompanied enlisted Marines assigned to the National Capital Region (NCR) and residing at Fort Myer in Arlington, Virginia.

The magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. Construction duration is approximately 780 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.

This procurement is a firm-fixed price Design-Build (DB) construction contract utilizing the two (2)-phase best value tradeoff process. An award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be the best value to the Government considering the evaluation factors. Proposals are due on 22 June 2020.
