Take Staircase to 2nd Floor turn left, Room # 240 will be on their left-hand side.

***Amendment 004, is to add adendum to R3 E set Drawings based on Q&A response from A&E, All Q&A sets are incorporated by reference and last WD prior to closing is added, no other changes at this time.

***Post Q&A set 06 for Questons and Answers Clarifications, no other changes at this time and amended "E" drawing sets to follow.

***Bid opening been adjusted in SAM to 25 April, at 1030 am, pending Amendment to follow Wed or Thurs this week.

***There was no amendment 004 posted yet, the previous "Q&A set 05" was posted in error (it's part of Q&A 04). There will be a forthcomming ammendment next week to extend the bid opening a week, we had some clarification questions that will be posted once the AE responds along with the Amendment 004 bid extention. Please Check reqularly for updates.

***As a reminder, Contractors wishing to attend the Bid Opening are required to submit a new 125FW Form 2 -5 days prior to base entry for a US citizen and 22 days prior for a foreign national. Contractors must use the current 125FW Form 2 Titled Form 2 Fillable (Aug 2023) - CAO 01MAR2024.

You are invited to submit a bid in response to our Invitation for Bids (IFB) entitled W50S6Y-24-B-0002 entitled F-35 Repair Maintenance Hangar B1001, Project Number LSGA212001, at 125th FW JIA, 14300 Fang Drive, B10001, JAX, FL.

This action is being solicitated for Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $45M. Project Magnitude is betw een $10M to $20M. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the bid.

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to aw ard as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. Aw ard w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conf orms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. No contract aw ard w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available.

The project site is located at the 125th Fighter Wing (FW) Jacksonville International Airport (JIA), 14300 Fang Drive, Maintenance Hangar Bldg. 1001 (B1001), Jacksonville (JAX), Florida (FL). The Maintenance Hangar at B1001 requires repairs and renovations in order to enable the F-35 Fighter Mission. The work includes repair and full renovation of the ground floor spaces, including demolition, new interior construction and finishes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting , grounding, fire protection, telecommunication, and access control/security systems.
The estimated Period of Performance (PoP) is 540 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed.
