Repair & Maintain Airfield Stormwater System Phase II

Background
The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight is issuing a requirement for the Repair & Maintenance of the Airfield Stormwater System Phase II at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, GA. This project aims to address drainage issues and enhance the functionality of the stormwater systems on the airfield, particularly east of Taxiway 'J'. The contract is set aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The work includes providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to repair and maintain the stormwater drainage systems. Specific tasks include:

- Regrading areas where slopes have failed or been disturbed from previous repairs.
- Applying sod for stabilization and positive drainage.
- Performing maintenance on identified basins III, IV, and V.
- Cleaning existing flumes, pipes, and swales to restore proper drainage patterns.
- Installing new concrete flumes at various locations to prevent future erosion and standing water.

Bidder Requirements
