Description

  1. Provide double steel pipe scaffolding for temporary works.
  2. Remove existing protected metal (PTML) roof sheets, flashings, and all unnecessary roof accessories for the new standing seam metal roofing system (SSMR) installation.
  3. Install new SSMR system including SSMR panels, flashings, eave purlins (if necessary), additional 4 mineral fiber board batt/blanket insulations (The final roof insulation thickness shall be not less than 8-1/2 including thickness of the existing insulation. So, contractor can use existing batt insulation for the final thickness) and sub roof materials & accessories such as wood blocking (nailer), thermal spacer blocks, fasteners, clips, saddles and etc...
  4. Replace existing rain gutters and downspouts with new ones including all necessary accessories and concrete splash blocks.
  5. Install roof fall protection system on the new SSMR. (*MFG/Model#: uniline/RoofSafe Cable Fall Protection System or approved equal)
  6. Remove all construction debris originated from the project and clean up the job site.
  7. Remove/reinstall existing mechanical and electrical equipment over the roof if necessary and any damages caused by this project shall be repaired or replaced to match existing condition to adjacent areas by the contractor.
