Description

B1104

  1. Provide double steel pipe scaffolding for temporary works.
  2. Repair/patch/clean the existing deteriorated/damaged fasteners, protected metal (PTML) roof panel before applying new water proofing coating system.
  3. Remove all scale, dirt, any other contaminants and apply metal primer recommended by manufacturer to all entire PTML roof to prepare existing surface for applying acrylic fluid-applied water proofing coating system.
  4. Apply one coat of base coat to the substrate especially on the vertical seams, horizontal laps, roof penetrations, joints, and exposed mechanical fasteners.
  5. Lay out fabrics into the wet base coat and apply a second coat of base coat immediately applied over the top to saturate the fabrics fully (The base coat shall only be applied by manufacture's recommended/approved tools such as brushes - unapproved rolling and/or spraying are strictly prohibited).
  6. Apply 2 coats of finish coat entirely according to the manufacture's standard procedure of the acrylic fluid-applied water proofing coating system.
  7. Replace existing rain gutters and downspouts with new ones including all accessories and concrete splash blocks.
  8. Remove all construction debris originated from the project and clean up the job site.
  9. The contractor shall be responsible to repair all damages to existing areas caused by the project and to match condition to adjacent areas.

  1. Provide high place operation vehicle for temporary works.
  2. Replace existing rain gutters and downspouts with new ones including all accessories and concrete splash blocks.
  3. Remove all construction debris originated from the project and clean up the job site.
  4. The contractor shall be responsible to repair all damages to existing areas caused by the project and to match condition to adjacent areas.
