This opportunity for repairing the Kaye Auditorium roof (Building 708) at Columbus AFB appears to be related to prior work under FA302221D0001 awarded to Heritage Construction ($8,658,274, 07/26/21–09/26/26). That IDIQ includes renovation of Kaye Auditorium B708 along with other base engineering construction efforts, suggesting the current membrane/TPO roof replacement may be a continuation or follow-on scope within the same facility improvement program.
