Repair HVAC System, P-7300 USAG Humphreys

Background
The contract is issued by the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Humphreys, which is responsible for providing support and services to military personnel and their families. Work Details

1. Mechanical Work:
a. Replace existing deteriorated 2 air-cooled liquid chillers with new units.
b. Connect new equipment to the existing direct digital control (DDC) system and update DDC system graphics.
c. Provide commissioning for new chillers.
d. Remove existing heat recovery units with piping.

2. Electrical Work:
a. Replace existing wires, conduit, safety switches, and circuit breakers with associated accessories as per mechanical work requirements for P-7300.
b. Replace existing safety switch with a new electrical panel board for the new module type chiller.
c. Reconnect existing 63mm conduit to new panel boards 'A' and 'B' to switchboard 'SSB'.

Period of Performance
