The primary scope of this contract is to resurface existing hardwood flooring in gym and convert three (3) Racquetball courts to functional exercise space - installation of sport impact rubber vulcanized floor over existing hardwood floor of an occupied building with minor construction repair requirement as defined by the statement of work. The "Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects" is between $100,000 and $250,000.
