Background
The 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) is issuing this solicitation for the repair of foam tank leakage under multiple award task order contracts (MATOC).
The goal of this contract is to address and rectify issues related to foam tank leakage, ensuring operational readiness and safety.

Work Details
The work involves repairing foam tank leakage, which may include tasks such as assessing the extent of the leakage, preparing the site for repairs, applying appropriate sealing materials, and conducting post-repair inspections to ensure integrity.
The contractor must provide a technical approach narrative detailing key materials, equipment, and labor estimates.
Additionally, a simple performance schedule outlining major project phases on a week-by-week basis is required.
Past performance examples of similar projects must also be included.
