Description

  1. Architectural Works:

Commander/Admin Office Area, 2F (Phase I)

  1. Replace/install existing carpet with new ones in R-201, 207 & 213.
  2. Replace/install existing carpet with WLT provided by Government and apply caulk along the gap between the new finish and existing cove base in R-208, 209, 212 & 214A (GFCI).
  3. Replace/install existing floor finish with new vinyl composition tile (VCT) and apply caulk along the gap between the new VCT and existing cove base in R-203, 204, 205, 206, 210, 211, 215, 216, 217, 218, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 226, 228.
  4. Replace existing acoustical ceiling tiles with new ones in the area (R-201, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214A, 215, 216, 217, 218, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 226, 228)
  5. Replace existing thresholds with new ones in the area.

Central Operation Area, 1F (Phase II)

  1. Replace/install existing carpet tiles with new ones in R-136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144 & 157.
  2. Replace existing acoustical ceiling tiles with new ones in R-140, 141, 142, 143 & 157.

Admin Area, 2F (Phase III)

  1. Replace/install existing floor finish with new VCT in the area and apply caulk along the gap between the new finish and existing cove base (R-214, 219, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 240, 243, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254, 255, 256, 257, 258, 259, 260, 261, 262, 263, 264, 265, 285, 290, 291 & 292).
  2. Replace existing acoustical ceiling tiles with new ones in the area.
  3. Replace existing thresholds with new ones in the area.

Side Area, 1F (Phase IV)

  1. Replace existing carpet tiles with new ones in R-113 in the area.
  2. Replace/install existing floor finish with new VCT and apply caulk along the gap between the new finish and existing cove base in R-114, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127 & 129.
  3. Replace existing acoustical ceiling tiles with new ones in the room & corridor area (R-113, 114, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 129, 131, 132, Corridor-2 &3).
  • Move (dismantle and reassemble if necessary) all the furniture such as desk, couch, chair, credenza, etc and electrical equipment such as desktops, printers, etc in the office and put them back where they were when the work finished.
  • The contractor shall be responsible to repair all damages to existing areas which are not in the contract caused by this project and to match condition to adjacent areas.
  • Remove all debris originated from the work and clean up the job site.
