Description

This project includes but is not limited to whole building repairs to BQ 488 (109,442 SF), construct a new sidewalk on the north side of the building, and provide site grading in the courtyard area to channel water away from the building foundation. Interior repairs include but are not limited to upgrade of existing fire protection, interior finishes, electrical, elevators, HVAC systems, plumbing, and provide exterior enclosure repairs to restore adequacy and quality of life to a critical 188-bed facility permanent party enlisted housing facility.
