The contractor shall provide the labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete project number DKFX 1072202 Repair Dormitory B460 , at Joint Base Charleston - Air Base, Charleston, SC.

NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS.

The intent of this Amendment is to change the definition of Recent Past Performance for evaluation purposes from three (3) to five (5) years. Therefore, Solicitation Section L, para 3(b) is changed as follows:

FROM "Provide a list of no more than five (5) of the most relevant contracts performed for Federal agencies and commercial customers within the last three (3) years from the issue date of this solicitation."

TO: "Provide a list of no more than five (5) of the most relevant contracts performed for Federal agencies and commercial customers within the last five (5) years from the issue date of this solicitation."

And Section M, para (a) is changed as follows:
