This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation will be issued on 23 July 2021. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2021. Period of Performance is 480 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

CONTRACT INFORMATION: This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition for the repair and renovate existing dining facility at DFAC, Building 56425. The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, Design Bid Build contract. An award will be made to the lowest, responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bid, will be the most advantageous to the government. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 236220, which has a size standard of $39.5 million. Period of Performance is 480 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2021. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered within the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.

PROJECT INFORMATION: This is a Fully Designed Project. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of the repair and renovate existing dining facility at DFAC Building. Project should replace, electrical, mechanical, architectural finishes and upgrade the facility to be in compliance with current army standards for DFACs. Kitchen equipment will be provided and installed by others, but project should account for the utilities and spacing necessary for future connection.

Contractors shall register themselves at this website under the solicitation number to receive a copy of the solicitation.
