Repair by Replacement of Existing Fuel Dispensing System at the Seafront Compound Gas Station   2

Background
The U.S. Embassy is seeking to repair by replacement the existing fuel dispensing system at the Seafront Compound Gas Station. This project aims to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards while providing reliable fuel dispensing services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1) Supply and installation of a Fuel Dispensing Unit (GASBOY AtlasX 9853GXTW1 DF Twin) that meets specified technical requirements including UL/cUL listing, maximum operating pressure, and construction materials.

2) Provision of a SmartFill Gen3 System compatible with existing systems at the U.S. Embassy.

3) Removal and disposal of the existing fuel dispensing system and associated components in accordance with environmental regulations.

4) Full installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of the new fuel dispensing system along with personnel training and provision of operations & maintenance manuals.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period as outlined in the solicitation, which includes installation, integration, testing, and commissioning phases.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of manufacturer authorization for the equipment being supplied. They are also required to confirm acknowledgment of the Statement of Work (SOW), indicating that all requirements have been read and understood.
