The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Repair Building 785 to provide a Defense Health Agency (DHA)/Medical Command (MEDCOM)-certified Dental Clinic for the US Army Dental Activity Command (DENTAC) at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY.

Background
The New York District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Repair Building 785 to provide a Defense Health Agency (DHA)/Medical Command (MEDCOM)-certified Dental Clinic for the US Army Dental Activity Command (DENTAC) at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. This procurement is set aside for Full and Open Competition.

Work Details
The contract includes all work associated with the renovation of Building 785 as per plans and specifications excluding specific CLINs, all new work associated with the renovation of Building 785 as per plans and specifications, all work associated with supporting facilities as per the plans and specifications, rock removal work associated with trenches and new work site, turnover of O/M manuals and As-Builts, security (IDS), DAS, WAP, and communications - all additional work as per the plans and specifications that is not part of CLIN 0001 or 0002.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base bid scope is 620 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Award of options will not change the period of performance.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY.
