Background
The solicitation is for the repair of Building 118 at Wheeler Army Airfield in Oahu, Hawaii. The work involves providing labor support to the United States Army Medical Directorate - Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences (USAMD - AFRIMS) to perform science, clinical, project management, and technical support services in Southeast Asia.
