This procurement is restricted to the M&R MACC contractors. Only the M&R MACC contractors listed on the RFP cover letter may submit a proposal. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings.

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic is issuing this contract for the repair of brick façade cracks at Building 4298 located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic appearance of the building through necessary repairs. This project falls under Project No. 7237828.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the following tasks:
- Repairing brick façade cracks at Building 4298.

The estimated cost range for this project is less than $25,000.00. The contract completion date is set for 75 days after award. Liquidated damages will be assessed at a rate of $32 per calendar day for delays beyond the completion date. One individual may serve as Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety and Health Officer if qualified for all roles as defined in the project specifications. Proposals will be evaluated based on the lowest price.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 75 days following the award date.

Place of Performance
The construction work will be performed at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina.
