Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting market research to identify potential parties having interest in and capability of performing construction specialty trade services for the repair of the failing Enlisted Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (EUPH) facility, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The repairs are needed now to give Soldiers the best living conditions possible, thereby improving their quality of life.

Work Details
This project will repair the Enlisted Unaccompanied Personnel Housing facility, H4445, that billets soldiers in the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (HHBN), 82D Airborne Division. The repairs are needed now to provide the best living conditions for the soldiers to improve quality of life. The following describes categorization of scope components aligned to Fort Bragg's requirements:
a. Repair the failing electrical system, wiring and conduits
b. Replace HVAC system and Mechanical systems
c. Repair plumbing systems and fixtures
d. Repair architectural features and interior finishes
e. Repair structural systems
f. Replace the mass notification and fire alarm system to meet current code requirements
h. Repair interior space to comply with the current Army Standards for category code 72111UH
g. Provide fire suppression system
i. Removal of mold

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for construction is 540 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
