Repair Barracks Building Including Fire Sprinkler System, S-3688, Camp Hovey (MATOC Only)

Background
The solicitation is for the repair of barracks building including fire sprinkler system, S-3688, at Camp Hovey. The solicitation is issued under the Logistics Cost Sharing (LCS) program. The work must be accomplished in the Republic of Korea (ROK) or its territorial waters, and all equipment and supplies acquired with ROK Government funds must be manufactured in the ROK.
The solicitation also includes requirements for Korean contractor eligibility status.

Work Details
The work to be performed includes repairing barracks building No. 3688 at Camp Hovey. The contractor is required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and resources necessary to accomplish the scope of work as indicated in the drawings and specifications.
The project includes various tasks such as civil work, architectural work, environmental requirements, and compliance with antiterrorism/operations security review.
The offeror must submit a pricing proposal clearly indicating prices for each Contract Line Item Number in Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices, a detailed offer breakdown identifying all costs that can materially impact the statement of work, and complete all tax-related and non-tax related portions of SECTION K.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 210 calendar days after receiving award notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Camp Hovey.
