Repair Barracks Building 17 - Phase I (Sections E & F)

Project repairs the failed and failing systems of Building 17 Phase I (Sections E & F) at Fort Benning, GA. Repairs include exterior walls, windows, fire protection, interior walls, doors, insulation, interior finish, finish floors, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, HVAC controls, electrical, electrical service and distribution, elevator repair, building information systems, site utilities/improvements. Includes demolition necessary to allow for the repairs, HAZMAT and asbestos abatement.

Magnitude of construction: DFARS 236.204 (ii) Between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000

The period of performance is 700 days after issue the notice to proceed.

Contract will be solicited and procured via FAR Part 14, Sealed Bid.

Anticipated solicitation date is 10 May 2023.
