Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This MATOC-only task order for “Repair Barracks SLQ P-6151” at USAG Humphreys appears to have a confirmed closely related prior contract under the same MATOC framework, with Elrim Construction awarded W91QVN-24-D-0023 (value $2,119,717; 09/24/25–12/18/26) for repair work at barracks buildings S-161 and 162. The scope described for the current effort—interior finish replacements (VCT/VCT cove base, rubber tiles), wall/ceiling repairs, painting, and related building envelope waterproofing/drainage—tracks with the type of facility repair and maintenance work reflected in prior MATOC awards at USAG Humphreys (e.g., roof and building repairs by Sori E&C Co.,Ltd).
