Repair and Replace Asphalt for Parking Lots at Carl Pipkin ARC in Beaumont, TX   2

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to remove all layers of asphalt on the POV and MEP parking lots and repave with asphalt. Work will also consist of, but not limited to, the removal of concrete bollards, concrete aprons/areas and the reinstallation of concrete pavement and curbs at the Carl Pipkin ARC in Beaumont, TX.

Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry classification System (NAICS) Code 237310 with a small business size standard of $39,500,000. This solicitation will be a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. Project Magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 17 DEC 2019 at 10:00 am local time at Carl Pipkin ARC in Beaumont, TX. This will be the only site visit scheduled for this IFB so interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend this site visit. Solicitation W911SA-20-B-2002 is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract with a period of performance of 120 days after the notice to proceed.
