NOTICE OF AWARD

Construction PROJECT DPW000024-5J, Repair and Renovation of Multiple Buildings Fort Hamilton, NY

CONTRACT W15QKN-25-C-A057

The U.S. Army Contracting Command New Jersey, Warfighter Support Division, on behalf of the USAG Fort Hamilton, Directorate of Public Works - Operations and Maintenance, has awarded Contract W15QKN-25-C-A057 procuring Renovation of multiple buildings, including:

Building 114 White Ave.: Mold Remediation in mechanical rooms and storage areas and Northeast wall Facade Renovation

Building 207: Community Club Renovation

Building 209: Building (barracks) Renovation

Building 116: Paint stairwells and construct new exam rooms.

The period of performance for this requirement is 240 days from the Notice to Proceed.
