Repair and Painting Outdoor Furniture and Clean/Repaint Patio Area

Facilities: Maintenance and Repair - Contractor must furnish statement of work, all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and insurance for the following: Base Bid Scope: To the existing tube steel/wire tables/chairs/benches at patio: Remove chairs from courtyard to stripped and re-painted in a climate control area: Chairs required pressure washing and please allow to dry before applying one coat of 100% solids Epoxy Pre-Prime to "lock-in" any rusted areas. Apply 2 Finish Coats of Sherwin Williams "Bond-Plex". Please allow to dry and fully cure out before returning furniture to the courtyard and re-install chairs. * Total 38 pieces of chairs and tables * Max time from deinstall to re-installation approx.3 weeks this project could be accomplished in phases. * Color to match existing "beige" color of furniture. Base Bid Scope: To the outdoor ground floor patio area 300 square feet and under 1500 square feet, clean and re-stain/repaint the areas currently stained/coated. Common (couple) colors required: 2' wide bands All works must be performed after hour/weekend work. Clean means pressure wash. Apply a clear coat of TUFF GRIP primer and a finish coat of SW's Heavy shield with anti-skid additive
