Repair and Maintenance of Fitness Center Equipment in Kunsan AB

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform monthly preventive maintenance and repairs on fitness equipment located in Building 1055 (Fitness Center) at Kunsan Air Base. This includes:
1. Preventive Maintenance (CLIN X001): Perform biweekly and monthly preventive maintenance according to manufacturer's recommendations. Tasks include cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, inspecting, and calibrating equipment.
2. Equipment Repairs (CLIN X002): Notify relevant personnel when replacement parts are required; submit parts list for review prior to purchase; provide manufacturer quotes for required items without markup; ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations for repairs.
3. Personnel must be certified with recent experience in servicing commercial fitness equipment and must wear standardized uniforms while maintaining a clean work area.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide certified personnel with at least 3 years of experience in preventive maintenance and repair of commercial fitness equipment within the last 5 years. Contractors must be licensed or certified to service specific types of fitness equipment listed in the solicitation. They must also demonstrate the ability to obtain Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and provide proof of certification upon request. All contractor personnel must be proficient in English.
