Amendment 0003-The purpose of this amendment is to correct errors resulting from an oversight in the solicitation.

Amendment 0002-The purpose of this amendment is for the following: (1) To correct language on the Bid Bond and Bid Guarantee requirement in the solicitation; (2) To extend the Due Date for Bids from February 18, 2026 to February 20, 2026; (3) To incorporate new language on the payment and performance bonds; (4) To incorporate new language in the instructions to bidders in Section L of SF 1442; (5) TO eliminate CLINS 0002,1002,2002,3002 and 4002 from the solicitation; (6) Add FAR Clause 52.211-12 and to incorporate liquidated amount and language to clause; (7) To incorporate the bonding capacity certification; and to update FAR Clause 52.216-19.

Background
