Background
This combined synopsis/solicitation RFQ COMBO-AFRL-PZLEQ-2023-0016 is issued by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/PZLEQ) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
It represents the sole solicitation for commercial repair and calibration services on Keysight-manufactured test equipment to support AFRL’s mission requirements.

Work Details
Contractor shall provide repair and calibration services on all Keysight test instruments listed in the attached Equipment List and Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 6 February 2023, revised 10 March 2023.

Services include full diagnostics, corrective repair to factory specifications, calibration using approved standards, complete documentation of results, and shipping/handling per PWS requirements.

All tasks must comply with the specification requirements in the PWS and equipment list.

April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024

Bidder Requirements
Firms must:
- Provide a letter of authorization to perform repair and calibration on Keysight equipment if not the OEM

Evaluation will be on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
