Background

Work Details
The contractor shall provide rental services for six (6) vehicles of varying types, including SUVs (minimum 5-seater), minivans (minimum 7-seater), and pickup trucks (5-seater, 4 doors).

All vehicles must meet the following minimum specifications: at least 3 years old, gasoline/diesel fuel type, automatic transmission, power windows, functional door and safety locks, fully functional air conditioning system, factory tinted windows, antilocking braking system (ABS), AM/FM radio, and preferred Bluetooth connectivity.

The rental agreement must include vehicle insurance coverage, maintenance management, unlimited mileage, and options for repair and replacement. Quotations must include a compliance checklist demonstrating how the quoted vehicles meet or exceed these specifications. Monthly rental costs for each vehicle type should be provided as firm-fixed-price quotes that encompass all necessary costs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period as determined by the awarded terms but will remain fixed throughout the duration.
