This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract history for vehicle rental services in Kingston, Jamaica, with multiple recent awards under DHS/HSI/TCIU “TCIU operations vehicle rental” requirements. Prior awards include Bargain Rent A Car Jamaica (e.g., $48,439 for 07/31/25–11/30/25; $47,030 for 01/29/26–04/30/26) and Miscellaneous Foreign Awardees (e.g., $49,168 for 04/29/26–06/06/26), which align with the current need to rent multiple vehicles for field/cross-country operations and include similar rental coverage elements such as insurance and maintenance management.
