Rental of Temporary HVAC & Exhaust System   2

Background
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) is seeking a contractor for the rental of a Temporary HVAC & Exhaust System. The mission of this contract is to ensure that the temporary HVAC system operates efficiently and meets the specific requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The goal is to provide reliable heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services during operations at the shipyard.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a Temporary HVAC System that includes installation, maintenance, and training. Specific tasks include:
- Pressurizing the system
- Performing leak checks on all connections made by the contractor
- Adjusting setpoints to meet SOW requirements
- Verifying operation of all drains installed on equipment
- Troubleshooting alarm conditions during start-up
- Training government operators on equipment function and alarms
- Installation and routing of E-Stop components.

Additionally, the contractor must provide preventative maintenance schedules that comply with OEM requirements, conduct weekly inspections, and deliver technical documentation including operation manuals and maintenance schedules.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be determined upon contract award but will encompass the duration of the lease for the HVAC system.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard located in Kittery, Maine.
