Rental of Roller Machines and Cold Asphalt Milling

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the rental of roller machines and asphalt milling machines to support road projects at Yellowstone National Park for fiscal year 2025.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary equipment rentals to facilitate road maintenance and improvements within the park, ensuring safe and accessible routes for visitors and staff.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following equipment rentals as specified in the Statement of Work:
1. Roller Equipment Rentals - Quantity: 1 Job;
2. Asphalt Milling Equipment Rental - Quantity: 1 Job.

The rentals must comply with the technical specifications outlined in the Statement of Work, which includes delivery and pick-up options at the discretion of the NPS. The equipment must meet or exceed the specifications set forth in the SOW, and technical information must be provided by the quoter to demonstrate compliance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Yellowstone National Park, specifically at 12 Garage Loop Drive, Mammoth, WY 82190.
